All Star Sports is a fun, exciting, and entertaining coaching organization bringing a professional level of youth sports programs to local park districts. The instructors believe in passing on the knowledge and skills they have learned from playing and coaching by providing a fun, safe, and structured learning environment. All the coaches are trained professionals and are dedicated to the philosophy of having fun while helping children develop a love for athletics.
Learn soccer the All Star way with drills hidden in fun games and association techniques that get down to the player's level. Soccer is a game that is action packed! We will cover simple foot skills, dribbling, passing, shooting, basic rules, and work on spreading the field. Please bring a water bottle, shin guards, and size 4 soccer ball.
Mechanics and hand-eye coordination are the keys to early success in T-Ball! Players in this program will be more confident in this active class. We'll work on the proper mechanics of catching, throwing, fielding, base running and batting. Players will be moving and learning even when in the dugout! Please bring a water bottle and glove.

Designed to introduce the game of lacrosse fundamentals to our youngest athletes! Our focus is fun! We will build a solid foundation, increase basic skills and develop a passion for the game. We do this through a progressive series of drills and games. No long-term commitments. No equipment needed. Lacrosse stick suggested but not required. Learn how to ride up and down ramps, how to flow through a skatepark, and the basics of an ollie and dropping in. Participants will learn skatepark etiquette, how to take care of equipment, how to progress safely, and much more! Recommended ages 6 & up, ALL experience levels are welcome to join the fun. Small group instruction will be based on experience. Illinois Shotokan Karate Club is the Chicago metropolitan area's premier karate school and is taught under the instruction of John DiPasquale, a four-time National Champion and President of the American Shotokan Karate Association. ISKC's karate classes help develop flexibility, strength, and coordination in fun, yet disciplined activities. Check out the array of Karate classes available for 4 year-olds through adults! In our Pre- Karate Safety classes, young children develop flexibility, strength, and coordination in fun, yet disciplined activities. This program is specifically designed for growing minds and bodies to enhance memory and agility.
Youth karate classes will put children in touch with their bodies and offers a good mix of strength training, with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises. Increase coordination, agility and poise, as well as learn lasting personal safety skills. Benefit from the mental stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming to the class rules. Adult classes release tension, develop total body fitness and build stamina and overall productivity! In addition to self-defense skills, karate increases flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and muscle tone, while improving core strength. Parent/Child classes are a great way to spend quality time with your child, while conditioning muscles, developing coordination and improving cardiovascular fitness.

Bump, set, spike! Enjoy our fast-paced Co-Rec Volleyball League. Games are played at Louise White School, start times vary each week. The season will conclude with single-elimination playoffs!
Feel the wind in your hair and the sand beneath your feet! Join our new co-rec sand volleyball league. Games will be played on Wednesday evenings at the sand volleyball courts at South Mill Creek Park. There must be six players on a court with at least one female playing at all times. Fee is per team.
