Batavia Music Buffs
The Batavia Music Buffs work closely with music groups to enrich the programs and to make the student's participation one of the most rewarding and memorable experiences in their high school career. This assistance includes music camp, scholarship, awards, college scholarship help, new uniforms and liaison with the other activity groups.
Batavia Parks Foundation
The Batavia Parks Foundation is a recognized 501C3 Illinois charitable organization with a five member volunteer board focused on the awareness and promotion of community and quality of life for all residents by acquiring and distributing resources to enhance the opportunities and advocate stewardship for open space, parks, facilities and recreational programs within the auspice of the Batavia Park District. The Foundation acts as a funding arm of the park district to provide access for all residents in need so all may enjoy a quality recreational experience, as well as fund special projects towards park and facility improvements.
Batavia Plain Dirt Gardeners
The Plain Dirt Gardeners support and conduct educational and informational activities that promote gardening. They also support the Batavia Wildflower Sanctuary and other community projects related to gardening and native plan preservation. The Plain Dirt Gardeners provide a network wherein gardeners can share their expertise and further a strong and growing interest in gardening.

The Batavia Overseas Post 1197, VFW, in Batavia Illinois has grown from a small group of men who met in Batavia City Hall in 1935 to become one of the nation's outstanding community veteran organizations. This has been accomplished due to the devotion, leadership, sacrifice and support of its members and the generous support of the community it serves.

Reach for the Moon Foundation
Reach for the Moon Foundation is non-for-profit, 501C3 organization founded to assist children primarily in Illinois . The focus of the foundation is to help provide "Basic Needs" for children. It is our belief that children deserve to have their most basic needs met in order for them to learn and become healthy, productive adults.
Retired and Senior Volunteer Program
RSVP (the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program) is part of Senior Corps, a network of national service programs that provides older Americans the opportunity to apply their life experience to meeting community needs. RSVP volunteers serve in a diverse range of nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and faith-based groups. Among other activities, they mentor at-risk youth, organize neighborhood watch programs, test drinking water for contaminants, teach English to immigrants, and lend their business skills to community groups to provide critical social services. Tri-Cities Soccer
The Tri-Cities Soccer Association is the largest independent recreational soccer organization in Northern Illinois . This all volunteer organization, co-sponsored with the park districts of Batavia , Geneva , St. Charles and South Elgin, has been serving the Fox Valley area since 1977. The goal of our organization is to introduce and promote the game of soccer to the youth of the Tri-Cities area and it is our intention for it to be a learning experience for both players and their parents.

Illinois Youth Park District License Plate

Batavia Public School District 101
The Batavia Community Unit School District was formed in 1911 when the westside and eastside school districts of Batavia combined to form a single district. The district provides educational programs for grades pre-kindergarten through 12 and operates six elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. The current enrollment of the district is nearly 6,000 students.

Fox Valley Special Recreation
The FVSRA is a cooperative effort of the South Elgin St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia, Sugar Grove, Oswego, and Fox Valley Park Districts. This arrangement has provided a year-round recreation service to any resident who has a disability and is in need of special assistance to make their participation meaningful and rewarding
Fox Valley Park District
Nestled along the Fox River, the boundaries encompass 47 square miles of land. It is one of the largest park districts in Illinois and serves the communities of Aurora, North Aurora and Montgomery.
Geneva Park District
The Park District's mission is to provide all residents and age groups of the community with recreational programs, facilities and open space that will enhance the quality of life of its residents.
St. Charles Park District
The Park District has served St. Charles area residents since 1911. Through a planned and aggressive acquisition program, the District has been able to protect and preserve considerable acreage of prairies, wetlands, and woodlands for the St. Charles community.
