In 1984 this park was developed using grant funds from the State of Illinois. Named for the former owners of the property, the park is one of the ten community parks in the district. Major features of the park include: a one mile walking/jogging trail, open athletic fields for soccer, a small baseball field, a large playground with a 50 ft. zip line and restrooms. The site is also home to the second largest picnic shelter in the district. Information on reserving this shelter can be obtained by calling the district office at 630-879-5235.
