DESCRIPTION:To Secure These Rights… \nBatavia Depot Museum 2026 Spring Exhibit \nMarch 1 – Aug. 9 \nIn 1776\, the Declaration of Independence established equality and the rights of life\, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as the standard for a free people and the highest American ideals. To commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration\, the Batavia Depot Museum’s spring exhibit examines Batavians who have bravely stepped up to defend the rights of not only themselves but their neighbors. Many expressions of this goal are explored from military service\, to the fight for universal suffrage\, to advocacy for the rights of all people.

DESCRIPTION:Welcome back to our summer cultural arts concert series featuring a variety of lively\, eclectic musical acts showcasing a diverse range of tunes. Bring family\, friends\, lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy a night of free music. Wine\, beer and food will be available for purchase. \nSelect Wednesday evenings\nJune 17 – Aug. 5\nPeg Bond Center \nJune 17 – Children’s Concert with Ben Tatar and the Tatar Tots (Concert starts at 5 p.m.) \nThis jazzy group is fun for kids and offers great tunes for grown-ups. With audience interaction\, toys\, surprises and songs about food this concert will be a hit with the entire family. Offered in partnership with Batavia Public library. \nJune 17 – Chicago Rockhouse\n \nChicago Rockhouse is an exciting classic rock cover band ready to bring their music to the Peg Bond Center. \nJune 24 – The Throwbacks\n \nThe Throwbacks take classic music from the 1950’s and 1960’s and add modern songwriting into them. \nJuly 1 – Abby Kay Band\n \nThis up-and-coming band plays notable rock\, country and pop hits spanning multiple decades. Sing and dance to your favorite tunes! \nJuly 15 – No Limits Sound Band \nNo Limits Sound Band covers a wide variety of music genres from the 70’s\, 80’s\, 90’s\, 2000’s and now! This band brings the energy and music that is sure to get you dancing. \nJuly 22 – The Yacht Rockettes \nThe Yacht Rockettes are bringing the top hits from the late 70’s to the early 80’s. \nJuly 29 – The Stingrays \nThe Stingrays are bringing rock and roll from the 50’s\, 60’s and 70’s. \nAug. 5 – Stevie McVie \nStevie McVie is celebrating the timeless classics of Fleetwood Mac\, Stevie Nicks and more.
