Head outdoors and experience nature with a variety of programs for the entire family. The Batavia Park District partners with Red Oak Nature Center in Batavia to bring you opportunities to participate in nature programming, such as nature-themed story time, cave hikes, special earth-friendly events and more!

MAPLE FEST

Ages 3+

Sunday, March 19, 9 am to 3 pm (sign up for a timeslot)

Fee: $5 per person

Join us in celebration of Maple trees and the delicious syrup we get from them! Participants will see how we identify maple trees, collect sap, and cook that sap into syrup. Each program ends with a yummy sample of this sweet treat! Purchase tickets for your preferred timeslot.
