Go for Gold at Wacky Water Olympics

BATAVIA, IL – The Batavia Park District will host Wacky Water Olympics at Hall Quarry Beach, located at 400 S. Water St. in Batavia, on Monday, June 17 from 12:30 – 4:00 pm. Swimmers will be able to make the most of the afternoon rest periods by participating in a variety of water themed activities.

Between swim times, children of all ages will have the opportunity to compete in multiple types of relay races, a water balloon toss, and other splash-tastic games. Prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of each activity. The Quarry mascot, Chuck the Duck, is scheduled to make an appearance.

Participation in Wacky Water Olympics is included in the price of admission for all Quarry attendees on the day of the event, so come ready to splash, laugh, and compete. Daily admission to the Quarry is $8 for residents and $11 for non-residents. Season passes will be accepted.

Unable to attend Wacky Water Olympics? Stop by the Quarry on Thursday, July 18 from 12:30 – 4:00 pm for Beach Ball Bonanza and on Friday, August 9 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm for So Long Summer & Swim.
