Make your plans for Pints by the Pond, Batavia's craft beer festival. Sample unique beers from more than a dozen local breweries and get a bite to eat from the food trucks. The Batavia Depot Museum is partnering with the National Association of Children's Museums to provide a free family day for learning and playing. This fun event will include yard games, activity books, learning activities and more!
This event takes place on Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Museum, 155 Houston St., Batavia. All ages are welcome. No registration required.

We have a new pop-up program! Join the Chicago Union at the Engstrom Park soccer fields for a weekly evening of ultimate frisbee - a fast paced, non-contact sport played with a frisbee. Experienced facilitators will get you throwing, catching, and playing within the first session. Open to all players of every skill level and all ages, no experience needed! Players must pre-register.

It's back to school season and we all have a favorite teacher to remember. Gather and Remember is presented by the Batavia Depot Museum and the Batavia Historical Society. Community members are invited to share their personal recollections and memories connected to Batavia's past. This is a free monthly roundtable discussion exploring a new topic each month. Registration is recommended, but drop ins are welcome.
