The mushrooms in these recipes will be the real stars. We will make two different recipes using mushrooms and other vegetables to make tacos that are so filling that you won’t miss the meat. One recipe will be savory and the other one will have a touch of sweetness. Before our food is served, we will whip up an easy batch of lychee fruit mocktails. It’s a little round fruit with a sweet taste and is packed with vitamin C, antioxidants and fiber. They will balance out the savory, earthy taste of the mushrooms.
