About Peg Bond Center
This scenic facility is nestled right alongside the Fox River. It is an ideal setting for birthday parties, showers, company gatherings and more. Large windows invite in plenty of sunlight and offer beautiful views of the river, Batavia Depot Museum and the Batavia Riverwalk. A decorative fireplace adds extra ambiance, and a beautiful pavilion allows for a scenic backdrop in the warmer months. The outdoor stage is included with the rental.

Outdoor stage
The use of Peg Bond Center's iconic outdoor stage is included in the rental, plus the grassy park area in front of the stage.

Indoor multipurpose room
The room can be configured for up to 45 guests with tables and chairs, included in the rental.

Outdoor patio adjacent to Fox River
Renters get outdoor space as well with gorgeous view of the Fox River.

Updated kitchenette
Renters get use of an updated kitchenette with refrigerator, counter space and a sink.

Indoor bathrooms
The rental also includes two private accessible bathrooms.
Rent the Peg Bond Center
The Peg Bond Center is rented by the hour between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday-Saturday. Please include setup and teardown in your rental time. Hourly rates are listed below.
The damage deposit will be returned if there is no damage to Park District property.

What is the capacity of the Peg Bond Center
The indoor area has space for up to 45 guests.
What are the dimensions of the Peg Bond Center?
The indoor multipurpose room is 33 X 19 feet. The outdoor stage area is 40 X 50 feet.
Can we have decorations, candles and balloons?
Decorations are allowed, but tape is not permitted. Candles must have holder that is taller than the flame. Only air-filled balloons are allowed. Helium balloons are not allowed.
Does the facility have wi-fi?
Yes.
Can we light the indoor fireplace?
No. Fire regulations do not allow lighting of the fireplace.
Does the facility have air conditioning and heat?
Yes. Peg Bond’s indoor space has air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter.
Can we charge admission to our event?
No.
Will staff be onsite during the rental?
No. Renters will access the facility through the west side door, which unlocks automatically five minutes before your rental and lock automatically at the end of your reservation time.
