Fitness

We offer a wide variety of classes to help you stay active and healthy. Our fitness variety classes give you a sampling of diverse workouts incorporating weights, step, cardio, body bars and stability balls. TRX classes help you increase strength and balance, dance classes provide a fun way to work out and yoga classes help you with flexibility, balance and relaxation. And when you need to really relax, check out our sound healing crystal bowls classes.

Ready to feel your best? Our expert instructors offer a variety of fun, effective fitness classes for all ages and levels. Whether you’re aiming to get stronger, reduce stress, or stay active, we’re here to help you reach your goals in a supportive, energizing environment.

Classes are available in-person at the Eastside Community Center, Callahan Community Center and Civic Center, as well as virtually—so you can stay fit wherever it works best for you. Here is a sampling of what we offer each season:

Try before you buy!

Want to try a fitness class but you’re not sure if it’s right for you? No problem! Walk in and try any class for a small fee. If you like the class and want to join, the walk-in fee will be deducted from the registration fee. It’s that easy! Walk-Ins are great for people who may not be able to come to every class session but want to participate in a few.

Walk-In fees

  • Chair Yoga: $7
  • Crystal Bowls: $23

Helpful tips

    Walk-in and try a class

    Walk in and try our fitness classes for a small fee. If you decide to join, the fee will be deducted from the registration fee.

    Equipment

    Bring a water bottle. You will need to bring a towel and yoga mat for our yoga classes.

    TRX

    Due to limited space, we are unable to take walk-ins for our TRX classes.
