Discover how the flowing and graceful movements of tai chi can reduce stress and anxiety, improve balance and body control, increase the feeling of peace and well-being and promote health and healing. Learn the basic breathing, movement and philosophy of tai chi and begin to practice this ancient art form of meditation in motion.

Getting started in Tai Chi

    Attire

    Wear comfortable clothes that permit movement and athletic shoes.

    Ages

    Tai chi classes are designed for ages 16 and older.

    Location

    Classes are held in Shannon Hall at the Eastside Community Center.

    Instructors

    Classes are taught by Herman Kussro & Deb Chan.
