Dance class options
Adult Ballet
- Develop basic ballet techniques
- Covers barre training, floor work and choreography
Beginning & Intermediate Tap Dance
- Includes basic techniques, simple routines and step combos
- Intermediate level covers more complex dance steps
Dance Fitness
- WERQ: An active cardio class based on pop and hip-hop music
- Jukebox Dance Fitness: A fun fitness class for all levels with fun music

Getting started with Dance classes
Ages
Ballet and Tap classes are for ages 18 and up. WERQ and Jukebox Dance are for ages 16 and up.
Attire
Fitness attire is required for all classes. Ballet attire recommended for ballet classes.
Dance shoes
Canvas ballet shoes are recommended for ballet. Tap shoes are recommended for the beginner class and required for the intermediate class.
Equipment
Bring a water bottle to class.
