Nordic Walk & Stretch Intermediate Ages 16+ Learn the correct Nordic walking technique with walking poles. We will walk for 30 minutes at a moderate to brisk pace, followed by a muscle workout at the fitness court. We provide the poles, or bring your own walking poles. Instructor: Kathy F.
