The Lodge at Laurelwood is a cozy, historic facility nestled within beautiful Laurelwood Park along the Fox River and Fox River Trail. The park is a popular spot for fishing and relaxing, and The Lodge can be rented for events and meetings for up to 50 people. The Lodge has a patio overlooking the river, and features a kitchenette and indoor bathrooms.

The Lodge and Laurelwood Park boast beautiful views of the Fox River and are adjacent to the Fox River Trail.

Rent The Lodge at Laurelwood
The Lodge at Laurelwood is rented by the hour between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday-Saturday. Please include setup and teardown in your rental time.
The damage deposit will be returned if there is no damage to Park District property.

What is the capacity of The Lodge?
The Lodge can be rented for events and parties for up to 50 guests.
What are the dimensions of The Lodge?
The Lodge rental space is 41 x 23 feet.
Can we decorate the room?
Decorations are permitted. Do not use tape on the walls.
Can we have balloons?
Yes, but only air-filled balloons are allowed.
Will there be staff onsite at the rental?
Lodge rentals do not include on-site staff. The front door of The Lodge is scheduled to unlock at the start of your rental and lock automatically at the end of your rental time.
Can we serve food during our event?
Yes, food is allowed and use of the refrigerator is included. The large island in the kitchenette makes for a handy buffet table.
Can we serve alcohol?
Alcohol is not permitted during a rental of The Lodge, but is allowed at other venues such as the Civic Center, Shannon Hall and Callahan Community Center.
Does the facility have wi-fi?
Yes. Wi-fi will be available during your rental.
Can we have candles on the tables?
Yes. The candles must be in a holder that goes above the flame.
Is there a projector available with the rental?
No.
Can we charge admission to our event?
No.
