Kids' Club

Our before- and after-school program for kids in Kindergarten through fifth grade provides enriching and recreational activities in a well supervised environment at your child's school. Daily activities include gym time, science, arts and crafts projects and homework time. This program runs in conjunction with the Batavia School District 101 calendar.

Kids’ Club hours and days

Before school hours are 6:30–8:45 a.m.
After school hours are 3:30–6:30 p.m.
After school Kids’ Club does not meet on school half-days

Kids’ Club staff

Staff are background-checked and trained by the Department of Children and Family Services. The Kids’
Club staff also adheres to the Mission Statement and values of the Batavia Park District.

Fast Pass: Kids’ Club exclusive

Fast Pass offers flexibility for working guardians and supports our mission to provide a safe environment for children, by allowing participants to attend an extra day beyond their normal Kids’ Club commitment. Fast Passes do not roll over into the next school year. Example: 2025–2026 school year, and August 2026. To keep rates reasonable, we do not honor exchanges or pro-rate the fast pass.

Fast Pass is sold in sets of five visits:

AM Fast Pass: Five visits for $115
PM Fast Pass: Five visits for $150
COMBO Fast Pass: Five visits for $200

Getting started with Kids' Club

Registration

Register online at bataviaparks.org. Choose your child’s school. Register early; sessions fill quickly.

Attire

Kids’ Club participants should wear closed-toe shoes and dress for the weather.

Outdoor activity

Kids’ Club participants will have 30 minutes of outdoor activity each day even in cold weather.

School closings

Kids’ Club follow the Batavia School District schedule and does not meet on days off school. Check Klub Fun for days off school care.

Kids' Club payment schedule

There are 10 monthly installment payments, beginning in August and ending in May 2027. Registration Fee: $50 per participant 2026-27 registration opens April 20 for returning families and April 27 for new families. Payments will be taken out on the 5th of each month. Changes to attendance need to be in by the first of each month. Your second child will receive a 10% discount.
